考察了由豆类水解所得复合氨基酸对A3钢的缓蚀作用。实验表明:在常温下盐酸介质中,当缓蚀剂<1.0%时,抑制系数为lgr=2.41+0.46lgC主要表现为抑制阴极过程,呈现负催化效应。当添加量>1.0%,腐蚀电位开始正移。体系升温后,缓蚀作用主要表现为阻止阳极溶解。
The corrosion inhibition effect of composite amino acids derived from beans on A3 steel was investigated. The experimental results show that the inhibitory coefficient is lgr = 2.41 + 0.46lgC when the corrosion inhibitor is less than 1.0% in hydrochloric acid medium at room temperature. The main effect is to suppress the cathodic process, showing a negative catalytic effect. When the amount of addition> 1.0%, the corrosion potential began to shift. After the system is warmed, the corrosion inhibition mainly hinders the anodic dissolution.
