通过对华菱湘钢生产的高强度桥梁钢Q500qE进行斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验、热影响区最高硬度试验以及典型接头焊接工艺试验进行研究,并对焊接试件进行力学性能试验。通过对焊缝硬度、拉伸、弯曲和冲击等对比试验结果分析可知:埋弧自动焊和CO_2气体保护焊两种焊接方法的焊接接头的力学性能良好,焊接接头最高硬度远低于标准HV350要求。试验研究结果表明:湘钢产Q500qE板材焊接性优良,满足钢结构件的制作要求,能运用于实际生产。
Through the study of the Y500 steel of Q500qE produced by Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the crack test of the Y-groove, the maximum hardness test in the heat-affected zone and the welding process of the typical joint were carried out. The mechanical properties of the welded specimens were tested. Through the comparative analysis of the test results of hardness, tensile, bending and impact of the weld, we can see that the mechanical properties of the welded joint of submerged arc welding and CO 2 gas shielded welding are good, and the maximum hardness of the welded joint is much lower than the standard HV350 . The experimental results show that the steel plate of Q500qE produced by Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has excellent weldability and meets the requirements of steel structure production, and can be applied to actual production.
