研究了烘烤温度对阴极温度的影响,实验表明在烘烤温度一定时,阴极温度的变化量会随着阴极初始温度的增大而减小,阴极采用恒压加热时其温度的变化小于恒流加热时的温度变化,并从理论上对实验结果进行了定性解释。最后研究了与微波管相近的电子枪结构中阴极温度受烘烤温度的影响,实验结果为避免阴极尤其是氧化物阴极在分解激活过程中造成阴极蒸发提供了很好的实验依据。
The effect of baking temperature on the cathode temperature was studied. The experiment shows that when the baking temperature is constant, the variation of the cathode temperature decreases with the increase of the cathode initial temperature. When the cathode is heated by constant pressure, the temperature changes less than The temperature changes when the flow is heated, and theoretically explain the experimental results qualitatively. Finally, the effect of baking temperature on the cathode temperature in the electron gun structure similar to the microwave tube was studied. The experimental results provide a good experimental basis for avoiding the cathode, especially the oxide cathode, from causing cathode evaporation during the decomposition and activation process.
