实验采用乌拉坦麻醉家兔盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)模型,观察CLP前后血液动力学变化及肺动脉氧化作用,结果发现兔CLP后1~5h平均动脉血压(MAP)明显下降,而在2,2.5h后出现肺动脉压(PAP)明显升高。CLP后2.5h入肺血丙二醛(MDA)比CLP前明显增加,出肺血无显著改变;而出肺血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比CLP前者明显增高,入肺血无显著改变。结果提示兔盲肠结扎穿孔早期即有MAP和PAP的改变,在此过程中肺脏具有抗氧化作用。
The model of cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) in rabbits with urethane anesthesia was used to observe the changes of hemodynamics and pulmonary arterial oxygenation before and after CLP. The mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) decreased obviously from 1 to 5 hours after CLP, Pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) increased significantly after 5 hours. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in lungs increased significantly after 2.5h CLP than that before CLP, and there was no significant change in pulmonary blood. The SOD in pulmonary effluent was significantly higher than that in CLP, change. The results suggest that the early cecal ligation of rabbits with MAP and PAP changes, in the process of lung has antioxidant.
