以“发挥整体优势,促进信息服务业现代化的发展”为主题的中国信息协会1996年年会于11月17—19日在宁波市召开。国家计委副主任王春正、中共浙江省委常委、宁波市委书记许运鸿等领导出席了开幕式并讲话。中国信息协会会长陈先致开幕词。来自全国各地的常务理事、理事和会员单位代表共2.50多人参加了会议。年会紧紧围绕推进国民经济信息化,加快信息服务业的现代化步伐问题进行广泛深入的研讨,我国信息界的一些知名专家学者和从事实际工作的同志作了专题发言;会议听取并审议通过了中国信息协会副会长周之英所作的《中国信息协会1995—1996年度工作报告》、高纯德副会长关于《发挥整体优势,齐心协力促进信息服务业的现代化》的报告和许刚副会长关于《中国信息协会1995—1996年度组织工作和财务收支情况报告》;会员单位的代表介绍了自己的工作经验;会议还通过了有关协会的人事变更事项。在会议举办的信息发布会上,宁波市鄞县政府和一些信息服务企业介绍、演示了自己的情况和网络等信息产品;美国 GG 集团公司的代表介绍了“96GG 奥兰多国
The annual meeting of China Association of Information Industry, with the theme of ”giving full play to its advantages and promoting the development of information service industry modernization“, was held in Ningbo on November 17-19. Wang Chunzheng, deputy director of the State Development Planning Commission, Xu Yunhong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Committee attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Chen Xian, president of China Information Association made an opening speech. More than 2.50 participants from standing directors, directors and member units from all over the country attended the meeting. The conference held extensive and in-depth discussions on promoting the informatization of the national economy and accelerating the pace of modernization in the information service industry.
