为了评估管道疲劳寿命及疲劳裂纹扩展规律,通常采用实物水压疲劳试验方法进行试验研究。文章介绍了油气输送管道水压疲劳试验方法,并对水压疲劳试验过程中,应变测量数据采集系统测量不确定度进行了详细分析。重点讨论了不确定度分析的方法,并根据水压疲劳试验得出应变测量结果的不确定度。研究结果为油气输送管道水压疲劳试验结果的准确分析判断提供依据。
In order to evaluate the fatigue life of the pipe and fatigue crack growth law, usually using the physical hydrostatic fatigue test method for experimental study. In this paper, the hydraulic fatigue test method for oil and gas pipelines is introduced, and the measurement uncertainty of strain measurement data acquisition system is analyzed in detail during the hydraulic fatigue test. The method of uncertainty analysis is mainly discussed, and the uncertainty of the strain measurement results is obtained according to the hydrostatic fatigue test. The results provide the basis for the accurate analysis and judgment of hydraulic fatigue test results of oil and gas pipelines.
