网上流传所谓马云曾说过的一句话:“员工离职的原因林林总总,只有两点最真实,一是钱没给到位,二是心委屈了。”归根到底就是一条:干得不爽。有色行业的国企员工流失是一个老生常谈的话题,一边是离职和内退,一边是招不到员工,构成了两极分化的特殊职场生态。今天,我们再次透视这种生态,呈现普遍存在的阵痛,呼吁体制机制层面出台高层设计,呼吁企业畅通人才成长通道,实现企业与员工的共赢。
