近年来,四川省雅安预团党委认真按照江主席“五句话”总要求,大力加强部队思想政治建设和部队正规化建设.部队快速动员能力和遂行作战任务能力不断提高,全面建设跨入预备役部队建设的先进行列。先后被成都军区、四川省军区、雅安军分区评为“军事训练先进单位”、“基层全面建设先进单位”、“正规化建设先进单位”;2001年、2002年连续两年被省军区评为“先进预备役团”。今年3月又被省委、省政府、省军区评为落实县(市、区)人民武装部和预备役部队“三年建设规划”先进单位。这些荣誉的取得,倾注了雅安市雨城区区委书记、雅安预团预任副政委张必达对预备役部队建设呕心沥血、无限关爱的真情。
