湖北省人民政府鄂政发(1987)81号文件,印发了《湖北省全民所有制工业企业总工程师、总经济师、总会计师职责权限暂行规定》。全文如下: 第一条为适应全民所有制工业企业领导体制改革的要求,确定总工程师、总经济师、总会计师的职责和权限,加强企业的技术、经营和财务管理,根据国家有关规定的精神,结合实际情况,制定本规定。第二条本规定适用于本省范围内全民所有制工业企业(以下简称企业)中的总工程师,总经济师,总会计师。
