用体外培养法观察麦冬注射液对大鼠的乳鼠心肌细胞团搏动的影响。结果显示麦冬注射液能显著减慢心肌细胞团搏动的频率,增大搏动强度,在一定范围内,麦冬的负性频率作用随剂量的加大而增强,并能有效地对抗肾上腺素β受体激动剂——异丙肾上腺素对心肌细胞团搏动的正性频率作用与诱发心律失常的作用.实验提示,麦冬注射液可能含有能选择性阻断肾上腺素β_1受体的有效成分.
The in vitro culture method was used to observe the effect of Ophiopogon japonicus injection on the rat myocardial cell pulsation. The results showed that Ophiopogon injection can significantly slow the frequency of myocardiocyte pulsation and increase the intensity of beating. Within a certain range, the negative frequency effect of Ophiopogon japonicus increases with the dose, and can effectively combat adrenergic beta. The effect of receptor agonist isoproterenol on the positive frequency of myocardial cell pulsatile beats and the induction of arrhythmia. Experiments suggest that Ophiopogon japonicus injection may contain active ingredients that selectively block adrenergic β_1 receptors.
