为了研究再生粗骨料混凝土受弯构件的的抗弯机理和受弯性能,通过对6根不同再生骨料取代率(0%、50%、70%和100%)和不同配筋率(0.68%、0.89%和1.13%)的再生粗骨料混凝土梁受弯对比试验,分析了再生粗骨料混凝土受弯构件的正截面受力、构件变形性能和破坏特征。试验结果表明:再生粗骨料混凝土梁的正截面应变服从平截面假定,在相同的条件下与普通混凝土梁相比,再生混凝土梁的破坏形态、开裂弯矩和极限承载力基本相同,而再生粗混凝土梁的变形较普通混凝土梁大。
In order to study the bending mechanism and flexural behavior of recycled coarse aggregate concrete flexural members, six kinds of recycled aggregates with different substitution rates (0%, 50%, 70% and 100%) and different reinforcement ratios (0.68 %, 0.89% and 1.13%) of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams, and analyzed the normal cross-section force, deformation performance and failure characteristics of recycled coarse aggregate concrete flexural members. The experimental results show that the normal section strain of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beam obeys the assumption of flat section. Under the same conditions, the failure mode, cracking moment and ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete beam are basically the same as those of ordinary concrete beam. However, The deformation of coarse concrete beams is larger than ordinary concrete beams.
