研究了球化退火对GDL-4新型工具钢的组织和硬度的影响;利用DIL 402C动静态膨胀仪和软件测定分析该钢的相变点。研究得出:910℃保温90min,快冷到810℃保温8h,以30℃/h冷到600℃后空冷的退火工艺最佳。
The effect of spheroidizing annealing on the microstructure and hardness of the new tool steel GDL-4 was studied. The phase transition point of the steel was analyzed by DIL 402C dynamic and static dilatometer and software. The results show that: 910 ℃ insulation 90min, fast cooling to 810 ℃ insulation 8h, 30 ℃ / h cold to 600 ℃ air cooling after the best annealing process.
