最近看到几篇文章,感触殊深。一篇文章说的是英国的罗素1950年得了诺贝尔奖的事情。在授奖仪式上,罗素发表了一篇很有影响的演说,认为人的本性一是物质的贪吝,二是权力的欲望。另一篇文章说的是乾隆皇帝微服私访江南的故事。文章说,一天,乾隆登临金山,凭栏远眺,只见长江如练,千帆竞发,百舸争流。于是问立于身边的小和尚,长江里有多少条船?小和尚不假思索地回答“:两条,一条叫‘为名’,一条叫‘为利’。”乾隆皇帝连连夸赞小和尚“敏悟”。
