铬鼻病系指铬粉尘或酸雾直接刺激、腐蚀鼻粘膜，致使局部组织发生的病理性损害，鼻粘膜出现糜烂、溃疡，甚至鼻中隔穿孔。发病率很高。但因病变局限，患者大多仍坚持工作。因此，除加强预防措施外，寻找不脱岗，简便有较高疗效，且为患者乐于接受的药物，我们于1993年10月对某化工厂328人接触铬酸、重铬酸钠铬盐精六价铬生产工人体检中，筛选出铬鼻病68人作为治疗观察对象，收到较好疗效，现报告如下：
