目的观察雷贝拉唑三联疗法 5天短程治疗根除幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的临床疗效。方法对经14 C 尿素呼气试验及病理学证实为Hp阳性的 4 2例活动期十二指肠溃疡 ,给予雷贝拉唑三联药物治疗 ,并设奥美拉唑三联疗法组作对照 ,停药 4周后复查内镜 ,观察溃疡愈合率 ,同时用14 C 尿素呼气试验及病理学对比两组Hp根除率。结果两组Hp的根除率分别为 90 .5 %、6 7.5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且雷贝拉唑三联疗法第 1、3天疼痛消失率明显优于奥美拉唑三联疗法 (P <0 .0 1)。两组 2周溃疡愈合率达 92 .9%、87.5 % (P >0 .0 5 ) ,两组在治疗过程中均有轻微不良反应 ,但均不影响治疗。结论雷贝拉唑三联疗法 5天治疗方案根除Hp优于奥美拉唑三联疗法 ,具有剂量小、疗程短、Hp根除率高、副作用小、患者耐受性好、溃疡愈合迅速、症状消失快等优点 ,是目前根除Hp和治疗Hp阳性十二指肠溃疡较为理想的方案。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rabeprazole triple therapy in 5 days to treat Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Methods Forty-two active duodenal ulcer patients who were confirmed positive for Hp by 14 C urea breath test and pathology were given rabeprazole triple drug therapy and omeprazole triple therapy group as control After 4 weeks of treatment, the endoscopy was performed to observe the healing rate of ulcer. Hp eradication rate was compared with 14 C urea breath test and pathology. Results The eradication rates of Hp in both groups were 90.5% and 65.5%, respectively (P <0.05), and the rate of pain disappearance on day 1 and 3 of rabeprazole triple therapy was significantly better than that of omeprazole triple therapy (P <0. 01). The healing rates of two groups of 2-week ulcer were 92.9% and 87.5%, respectively (P> 0.05). Both groups had slight adverse reactions during the course of treatment, but none of the two groups had any effect on the treatment. Conclusions The five-day treatment with rabeprazole triple therapy is better than omeprazole in triple therapy. It has the advantages of small dosage, short course of treatment, high Hp eradication rate, small side effect, good patient tolerance, rapid healing of ulcer and rapid disappearance of symptoms And other advantages, is currently the ideal solution to eradicate Hp and Hp-positive duodenal ulcer.
