可调谐波长转换器是智能化光网络中的关键光电子器件 .提出了一种基于半导体光放大器的环形激光器实现连续可调全光波长转换的方案 ,建立了该方案的理论模型 .理论计算和实际测定了不同条件下波长转换的输出特性 ,实验结果与理论计算基本符合 .实验中实现了 4 0nm范围内连续可调、转换速率为 2 5Gb s的交叉增益调制型波长转换 .
Tunable wavelength converter is the key optoelectronic device in intelligent optical network.A scheme based on the semiconductor optical amplifier ring laser to achieve continuous tunable all-optical wavelength conversion is proposed, and the theoretical model of the scheme is established.Real-time calculation and practical The output characteristics of the wavelength conversion under different conditions are measured, and the experimental results are basically in line with the theoretical calculation. In the experiment, a cross-gain modulation wavelength conversion with a tunability of 40Gb and a conversion rate of 25Gb s is achieved.
