以计算流体动力学(CFD)理论为依据,借助基于有限体积法软件FLUENT6.3,对O-SEPA型选粉机内部的流场进行三维数值模拟。选用多重参考系法(MRF)及标准κ-ε湍流模型,对选粉机在不同转子转速下的内部流场特性进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,计算流体动力学(CFD)能够很好地预测选粉机内的流场特点、气流运动轨迹以及压降。为进一步研究粉体颗粒在选粉机中的运动规律提供了前提,最终为选粉机的设计研究和改造提供科学依据。
Based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) theory, the flow field inside the O-SEPA separator was simulated by means of FLUENT6.3 software based on the finite volume method. The multi-reference system (MRF) and the standard κ-ε turbulence model were used to simulate the internal flow field characteristics of the separator under different rotor speeds. The simulation results show that computational fluid dynamics (CFD) can predict the characteristics of flow field, airflow trajectory and pressure drop well in the separator. In order to further study the movement of powder particles in the separator provides the premise, the final separator for the design of research and transformation to provide a scientific basis.
