[目的]识别并分析功能糖醇生产过程中产生或存在的主要职业病危害因素,为开展职业病防治工作提供技术依据。[方法]选取某木糖醇生产线和某麦芽糖醇生产线,开展现场职业卫生学调查,了解其生产工艺、原辅材料等;开展职业病危害因素检测与评价。[结果]两条生产线粉尘和化学毒物浓度均符合职业接触限值要求;噪声强度为79.5dB(A)-91.9dB(A),部分岗位噪声强度不符合职业接触限值要求;WBGT指数检测结果均超过了30℃,不符合职业接触限值要求。[结论]正常生产条件下,粉尘和化学毒物浓度可以符合职业接触限值要求;噪声和高温是功能糖醇生产过程中需要特别予以关注的职业病危害因素。同时要注意加强密闭空间作业的防护措施。
[Objective] The research aimed to identify and analyze the main occupational hazards that occur or exist in the process of producing sugar alcohols, and provide technical basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. [Method] Select a xylitol production line and a maltitol production line to carry out on-site occupational hygiene survey to understand its production technology, raw and auxiliary materials; carry out detection and evaluation of occupational hazards. [Results] The concentrations of dust and chemical poisons in both production lines all met the occupational exposure limit requirements; the noise intensity was 79.5dB (A) -91.9dB (A), the noise intensity of some posts did not meet the occupational exposure limits; the WBGT index test results Exceed 30 ℃, does not meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits. [Conclusion] Under normal production conditions, the concentration of dust and chemical poisons can meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits. Noise and high temperature are the occupational hazards that need special attention in the process of functional sugar alcohol production. At the same time pay attention to strengthening the confined space operations protective measures.
