目前我国的制造业上下游企业之间的电子商务尚未有效开展,存在着相当大的不足之处和挑战,同时也具有巨大的发展潜力与空间。在经济全球化背景下,由于经济全球化、社会化分工外包加剧、消费个性化趋势与市场多变的商业环境等影响,特别是当前全球性的经济危机,使得企业四处的事业环境越来越复杂多变,也更加难以驾驭,从而导致了许多行业与企业的利润率正在缩小。
