本文作者运用自动分离方法，测定了６例健康成人非正常死亡胰岛数目，为以后的胰岛细胞培养及移植奠定基础。本研究发现成人胰腺通过胶原酶适当处理后，获得的胰岛数目多，经过Ｆｉｃｏｌ纯化后，胰岛纯度高，且其形态、功能保持完整，这为胰岛细胞移植提供了丰富的细胞来源。
The authors used automated methods to determine the number of islets that died of abnormalities in 6 healthy adults, which laid the foundation for future islet cell culture and transplantation. In this study, we found that when pancreatic islets are properly treated with collagenase, the number of islets obtained is large. After purification by Ficol, the purity of pancreatic islets is high, and the morphology and function of the islets remain intact. This provides a rich source of cells for islet cell transplantation.
