本文对广州石油化工总厂四个分厂的工业噪声及接触噪声工人的听力损失及损失电图改变作了调查分析。结果表明,在工业噪声强度超过85dB(A)的环境下作业即可发生听力损失,其听力损失率随工龄延长而增加。而心电图异常率在3年内已达较高水平。本文认为心电图改变先于听力损失,心电图改变可作为噪声工人早期损害的监测指标。
This paper investigates the changes of the hearing loss and loss of the industrial noise and noise exposed workers in the four branches of Guangzhou Petrochemical General Factory. The results show that the hearing loss can occur when the industrial noise intensity exceeds 85dB (A), and the hearing loss rate increases with the increase of the length of service. The abnormal rate of ECG in 3 years has reached a high level. In this paper, ECG changes prior to hearing loss, ECG changes can be used as indicators of early detection of noise workers.
