南京及深圳两地女性宫颈HPV感染基因谱的比较研究

目的比较南京及深圳两地女性宫颈细胞中23种人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因型分布情况及其感染的差异性。方法宫颈细胞标本取自南京市扬子石化集团公司的3678例及深圳市妇幼保健院体检的2915例女性,采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对6593例宫颈细胞标本进行23种HPV基因型别的检测,并对其结果进行分析。结果 6593例宫颈细胞标本中共检出HPV感染者共1002例,HPV总感染率为15.20%(1002/6593),南京地区总的HPV感染率为10.79%(397/3678),深圳地区总的HPV感染率为20.76%(605/2915);HPV一重感染率南京地区为9.11%(335/3678),深圳地区为15.09%(440/2915);HPV多重感染率南京地区为1.69%(62/3678),深圳地区为5.66%(165/2915)。结论深圳地区HPV总的、一重和多重感染率都明显高于南京地区。 Objective To compare the genotypic distribution and infection of 23 human papillomavirus (HPV) in cervical cells of women in Nanjing and Shenzhen. Methods Cervical cell samples were obtained from 3678 women of Nanjing Yangzi Petrochemical Group Corporation and 2915 women from Shenzhen MCH hospital for physical examination. Totally 2393 HPV genotypes were detected in 6593 cervical cell samples by gene amplification and gene chip technology , And analyze the result. Results A total of 1002 cases of HPV infection were detected in 6593 cases of cervical cell samples. The total HPV infection rate was 15.20% (1002/6593). The total HPV infection rate in Nanjing was 10.79% (397/3678). The total HPV The infection rate was 20.76% (605/2915). The prevalence of HPV was 9.11% (335/3678) in Nanjing and 15.09% (440/2915) in Shenzhen. The prevalence of multiple HPV infection in Nanjing was 1.69% (62/3678) ), Shenzhen 5.66% (165/2915). Conclusion The total HPV, one and multiple infection rates in Shenzhen are significantly higher than those in Nanjing.
