测定了不同含铁量的电镀 Ni-Fe 合金的稳态腐蚀电位.用恒电流阳极溶解法测定了不同组合体系的层间电位差曲线,并用“EC”法检测了这些组合体系的耐蚀性。确证三层 Ni-Fe 体系比双层 Ni-Fe 体系的耐蚀性好.三层 Ni-Fe 体系中以半光亮 Ni-10Fe/光亮 Ni-45Fe/光亮 Ni-10Fe/Cr 体系的耐蚀性最优,且超过作为对比的 Cu/半光亮 Ni/光亮 Ni/Cr 体系。
The steady-state corrosion potentials of electroplated Ni-Fe alloys with different iron content were determined.The interlayer potential difference curves of different combinations were measured by galvanostatic anodic dissolution method and the corrosion resistance of these composite systems was tested by “EC” method . Corrosion resistance of the three-layer Ni-Fe system is better than that of the two-layer Ni-Fe system.The corrosion resistance of the three-layer Ni-Fe system with semi-bright Ni-10Fe / bright Ni-45Fe / bright Ni-10Fe / Optimal and exceed the Cu / semi-bright Ni / bright Ni / Cr system as a comparison.
