气压传动广泛使用在机械制造、电子IC及电器、石油、化工业、轻工食品包装业、机器人等行业。气动系统和电气控制回路结合易于实现自动控制。其中,以继电器和电磁阀构成的电气-气动控制系统因为成本低、使用可靠、易于设计而被广泛使用。介绍了电气-气动控制系统的设计方法,重点介绍了用串级法设计电气-气动控制系统的原理和步骤。应用串级法设计了生产线供料单元的电气控制回路。
Air pressure transmission is widely used in machinery manufacturing, electronic IC and electrical appliances, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, food packaging, robotics and other industries.
