采用粉末烧结法制备超高分子量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)多孔材料 ,并用扫描电镜对材料表面进行了分析。结果表明 :UHMWPE熔体在冷却过程中收缩形成大量细小颗粒 ,这些颗粒在镶嵌或连接过程中产生间隙是微孔形成的原因 ;微孔的形状和大小与树脂粉末颗粒的形状和大小有关 ;该工艺具有流程简单、投资少、成本低等优点
The porous materials of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) were prepared by powder sintering. The surface of the material was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the melt of UHMWPE shrinks to form a large number of fine particles during the cooling process, and the gaps are formed during the process of damascene or connection. The shape and size of the micropores are related to the shape and size of the resin powder particles. Process has a simple process, low investment, low cost and so on
