目的:探讨两种不耐热手术器械灭菌方法的灭菌效果。方法:比较并分析环氧乙烷与过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌的物品选择、灭菌时间及操作流程等。结果:环氧乙烷低温灭菌的物品选择范围较广、灭菌时间较长且操作流程简易,而过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌的物品选择较窄,灭菌时间短且操作流程严格。结论:两种不耐热手术器械灭菌方法各有优缺点,临床上应根据实际情况加以选择使用。
Objective: To investigate the sterilization effect of two heat-labile surgical instruments. Methods: To compare and analyze the selection of items of sterilization of ethylene oxide and hydrogen peroxide plasma, sterilization time and operation process. Results: The products of low temperature sterilization of ethylene oxide have a wide range of options, longer sterilizing time and simple operation process, while hydrogen peroxide plasma has the advantages of narrow choice of sterilization items, short sterilization time and strict operation procedure. Conclusion: There are two advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of non-heat-resistant surgical instruments sterilization methods, clinical should be selected according to the actual situation to use.
