杀二斑叶螨高毒力环链棒束孢菌株的筛选及其对尼氏真绥螨的影响

为得到杀二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae(Koch,1836)高致死率的环链棒束孢Isaria cateniannulata(Z.Q.Liang)Samson&Hywel-Jones菌株,明确其最优菌株对尼氏真绥螨Euseius nicholsi(Ehara et Lee)存活率的影响,本文在室内用17株环链棒束孢菌株芽孢子和分生孢子对二斑叶螨雌成螨进行了致死率测定,并研究了最优菌株对尼氏真绥螨雌成螨存活率的影响。结果表明,13号菌株芽孢子的LT50为1.472 d,17号菌株的分生孢子的LT50为3.248 d,时间明显短于其他菌株,致死率明显高于其他菌株;该2个菌株处理尼氏真绥螨,在芽孢子和分生孢子浓度为2×108个/mL时,存活率分别为80.75%和70.75%。因此,在芽孢子和分生孢子浓度为2×107个/mL及以下时,环链棒束孢和尼氏真绥螨可以同时施用。 In order to obtain a high lethality strain Samson & Hywel-Jones strain of Isaria cateniannulata (ZQLiang) Tetranychus urticae (Koch, 1836), its optimal strain was identified as Euseius nicholsi Lee) survival rate of the indoor indoors with 17 strains of the genus Link chain spores conidia and conidia of two-spotted spider mite female adult mites were tested for lethality and studied the best strains of Nisi Shinsei Effect of mite female mite survival rate.
