目的 研究乳腺癌组织中bcl 2和bax蛋白表达与乳腺癌钙化之间的关系。方法 5 4例乳腺癌 ,术前双侧乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查。术后应用免疫组化的方法检测乳腺癌组织细胞的bcl 2和bax蛋白表达。结果 钙化性乳腺癌 2 3例 ,非钙化性乳腺癌 3 1例。钙化性乳腺癌bcl 2蛋白高表达 2 1例 (91.3 % ) ;非钙化性乳腺癌高表达 2 0例 (64 .5 % ) ,两组间存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。钙化性与非钙化性乳腺癌bax蛋白的高表达率分别为 60 .9%和 5 8.1% ,两组间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 钙化性乳腺癌组织细胞的bcl 2蛋白表达水平明显高于非钙化性乳腺癌 ,说明乳腺癌病变中钙化灶的出现与bcl 2蛋白表达水平之间存在着某种关系
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of bcl-2 and bax protein and the calcification of breast cancer in breast cancer. Methods Twenty-four cases of breast cancer and preoperative bilateral mammography were examined by X-ray. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 and bax protein in breast cancer cells after operation. Results 23 cases of calcified breast cancer and 31 cases of non-calcified breast cancer. There was a high expression of bcl2 protein in 21 (91.3%) cases of calcified breast cancer and 20 (64.5%) cases of non-calcified breast cancer, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The high expression rates of bax protein in calcified and non-calcified breast cancer were 60.9% and 51.8% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of bcl-2 protein in calcified breast cancer cells is significantly higher than that of non-calcified breast cancer, indicating that there is a relationship between the presence of calcification in breast cancer lesions and the expression of bcl-2 protein
