In April 2011, Russia’s Tomsk region “latest historical document center ” opened a number of important documents, which involved the Chinese anti-Japanese hero Su Bingwen led “Northeast People’s National Salvation Army ” retreated to Tomsk from 1932 to 1933 Case.
