根据机器零件强度和疲劳耐久强度的模拟试验,用概率论及相关函数对试验数据进行处理。提出了用99.7％的零件不破坏概率时的强度值和疲劳耐久强度值作为零件强度和疲劳耐久强度的许用值。用这种方法确定的许用值,在设计时既能保证机器零件安全可靠不破坏,也能充分利用材料强度,节约材料,避免了设计者在选取安全系数值时存在随意性大的缺点。
According to the simulation test of machine parts strength and fatigue endurance strength, the test data are processed by probability theory and correlation function. The value of strength and fatigue endurance at failure probability of 99.7% of the parts are proposed as allowable values of part strength and fatigue endurance. The allowable value determined by this method not only ensures the safety and reliability of the machine parts, but also makes full use of the material strength and saves materials at the design time, thereby avoiding the shortcomings of the designer when selecting the safety factor value.
