江苏省溧阳市中医院坚持“机制以活取胜,技术以精取胜,服务以优取胜,发展以快取胜”的原则,以“观念先导、服务开导、技术主导、管理引导”的四导原则,坚持“一切以病人为中心,提高人民健康水平”的服务宗旨,千方百计寻求快速科学发展之路。以质量为根本,以市场为导向,调整管理理念,牢固确立了一切为病人,为病人一切,为一切病人的服务模式。3年来,结合医院具体情况,重点在培养专科人才、创建专科、丰富服务内涵方面做文章,走高端人才、特色专科和优质服务之路,在人才和专科的带动下,医院竞争能力明显增强,社会信誉度明显提高。医院经济效益连续3年平均增长29.4%,门诊、住院人次增长15%以上,业务收入从3年前的3000多万元增加到现在的7500万元,获得了社会和经济效益的双丰收。目前,在新的领导班子的带领下,正以全新的服务理念、可靠的服务质量、满意的服务态度,全面创建一个让社会满意,让患者、让职工满意的现代化新型医院。

The revenue of the hospital increased from more than 30 million three years ago to now 75 million, achieving double social and economic benefits. Currently, under the leadership of the new leadership team, a new modern hospital that satisfies the needs of the society and satisfies patients and employees with a new service concept, reliable service quality and satisfactory service attitude is under preparation.
