我国成品油价格费税改革问题,对以消耗成品油为主要燃料的公路物流企业有很大的影响。本文根据自己在公路物流企业工作的经验,探讨这次费税改革中用增加的消费税税额来取代以往征收的公路养路费、公路运输管理费、公路货运附加费和未来逐步取消政府还贷二级公路收费对公路物流企业的影响问题。并对这次成品油费税改革提出自己的观点和看法。
China’s reform of refined oil prices tax reform, to the consumption of refined oil as the main fuel highway logistics enterprises have a great impact. Based on my own experience in working in the highway logistics enterprises, this paper explores how to use the increased consumption tax to replace the previous road maintenance fees, road transportation management fees, road freight surcharges and the gradual cancellation of government loan repayment in the future Impact of Highway Charges on Highway Logistics Enterprises. And put forward their views and opinions on the reform of refined oil tax.
