从多年生黑麦草根际不同部位分离具有溶磷能力的溶磷菌菌株,采用溶磷圈法筛选出7株溶磷能力较强的菌株开展溶磷潜力实验。结果表明,各菌株的磷源溶解量差异较大(135.27~187.87μg/ml),各菌株分泌IAA量为3.47~24.27μg/ml,其中以Lp59最大;综合菌株的溶磷量、分泌IAA量,认为Lp59、Lp61、Lp65、Lp69、Lp70和Lp72等6个菌株有较大的开发潜力。
Phosphate solubilizing bacteria strains were isolated from different parts of perennial rhizosphere, and seven strains with high ability to dissolve phosphorus were screened by phosphate solubilizing circle method to carry out the potential experiment of phosphorus solubilization. The results showed that the amount of dissolved phosphorus in each strain varied greatly (135.27 ~ 187.87μg / ml), the amount of IAA secreted by each strain was 3.47 ~ 24.27μg / ml, of which Lp59 was the largest; Lp59, Lp61, Lp65, Lp69, Lp70 and Lp72 and other six strains have greater potential for development.
