[目的]研究酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体(Casein phosphopeptide-Amorphic Calcium Phosphate,CPP-ACP)对粘性放线菌生长的影响,探讨CPP-ACP作为一种生物防龋制剂的可行性。[方法]将粘性放线菌ATCC19246在BHI培养基中厌氧培养,在实验组中加入不同浓度(0.5%~5.0%(W/V))的CPP-ACP溶液,厌氧培养48h后采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色分析法测定细菌浓度的吸光度A值(λ=550nm)。[结果]随CPP-ACP浓度的升高,粘性放线菌甲臜产物的二甲亚砜溶液的吸光度值降低,即粘性放线菌的活菌数减少(P﹤0.01)。[结论]CPP-ACP对粘性放线菌生长具有抑制作用,且随CPP-ACP浓度的升高抑制作用增强。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of casein phosphopeptide-Amorphic Calcium Phosphate (CPP-ACP) on the growth of viscous actinomycetes and to explore the feasibility of CPP-ACP as a kind of biological anticaries agent. [Method] The actinomyces viscosus ATCC19246 was anaerobically cultured in BHI medium. The CPP-ACP solution with different concentrations (0.5% -5.0% (W / V)) was added to the experimental group, Blue (MTT) colorimetric analysis of the bacterial concentration of absorbance A value (λ = 550nm). [Result] With the increase of CPP-ACP concentration, the absorbency value of dimethylsulfoxide solution of actinomycetes of actinomycetes decreased, that is, the viable count of actinomyces viscosus decreased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The CPP-ACP had an inhibitory effect on the growth of viscous actinomycetes and the inhibition was enhanced with the increase of CPP-ACP concentration.
