党委(常委)会议记录,是反映机关、部队党委集体领导活动的重要的文书材料,必须及时归档立卷,才能完整安全地永久保存下来,以备日后查考利用。从我军五十年代和六十年代的野战部队党委会议记录来看,问题较多:一是不够完整。记录本的年度衔接不起来,或同时交替使用几个本子而未全部归档。历次会议的记录有不全、不连贯的。二是有些字迹过于潦草。个别的犹如一部“天书”,很难辩认,也有的记录写的字又小又密,看起来很费劲。三是记录本五
The minutes of the meetings of the Party committees (standing committees) are important documents and materials that reflect the collective leadership activities of organs and military party committees. They must be archived in time and be preserved in a timely manner so as to be permanently and completely preserved in a safe and secure manner for future reference. Judging from the records of the field army party committees meeting in the 1950s and 1960s, there are many problems: First, they are not complete enough.
