Neighbourhood units are funded by a national institution for the middle and low-income people to live in. The district lived 12,000 people, each with a building area of no more than 17.5 square meters. Residential buildings are five-storey apartments with some single-story houses in the middle. Designers use a lot of slopes from east to west to set up aerial paths. This approach was very novel in the late 1950s and was just beginning to be used in English cars. Overhead pedestrian bridges and ramps link residential and commercial centers, and open-air staircases and catwalks connect the various floors of the home. The skyway and the carriageway are connected. In case of emergency, fire engines can be used. The roof of a single-story house is made into a platform for residents to interact with. The house is a reinforced concrete structure. The surface is in accordance with Latin conventions, exposing the traces of the template.
