李庚是一位有着浪漫主义情怀的学者型艺术家,深厚的艺术修养使他得以纵横驰骋于水墨间,勇于探索,不断求真,将东方与西方、古典与现代巧妙结合,其水墨气象万千,意味无穷,境界悠远。李庚对明清宫廷山水绘画空间关系和古典艺术技法有着精深的研究,对墨象的研究也同样取得了卓著成果,其表现手法主要是积墨法和没骨法。李庚早期作品多趋向于写实主义的抒情派;中期为表现主义、抽象主义的浪漫派;后期为古典主义超越派;近期为澄怀派,有“透明水墨的诗人”和“墨
Li Geng is a scholarly artist with romantic feelings. With his profound artistic accomplishments, Li Geng has been able to navigate through ink and wash. He has the courage to explore and seek truth from facts. The combination of East and West, the classical and the modern, Endless, distant realm. Li Geng has profound research on the space relations and classical art techniques of the palace landscape paintings in the Ming and Qing dynasties. His research on the images of the ink also achieved outstanding results. The main expression methods are the plotless method and the boneless method. Early works of Li Geng mostly tended to be realistic lyricists; the middle period was a romanticist of expressionism and abstractionism; the latter was a classicist transcendental faction; the other was Cheng Hui School recently, with ”transparent poet“ and ”ink"
