青年群众是民众中最有活力的一个部分,他们的政治态度和价值取向直接关乎党的执政基础。党执政的实践证明,没有青年的支持和参与,党的事业就不可能发展,没有青年的认同和追随,党的执政地位就不可能稳固。所以党在扩大群众基础的过程中,必须高度关注青年一代,要加强对青年群众的教育和引导,争取青年人的思想认同;关注并支持青年的全面发展;加强党对青年的组织领导,把青年群众紧紧团结在党的周围,不断扩大中国共产党执政的青年群众基础。
The young people are the most viable part of the population. Their political attitudes and values are directly related to the party’s governing foundation. The practice of the party in power shows that the party’s cause can not develop without the support and participation of the youth. Without the identification and follow-up of the youth, the party’s ruling status can not be stabilized. Therefore, during the process of expanding the mass base, the party must attach great importance to the younger generation, strengthen education and guidance to the young people and win the young people’s ideological recognition. They should also pay attention to and support the all-round development of the youth, strengthen the party’s leadership over the organization and management of the youth, The young people are closely united around the party and constantly expand the mass base of the masses under the ruling Communist Party of China.
