按照1978年WHO诊断标准选择Ⅱ期高血压病患者50例,男29例,女21例,年龄45～68(平均54.2)岁。通过心电图、活动平板、X线及超声心动图检查,排除冠心病、风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病硬其他器质性心脏病。正常对照组30例,男20例,女1O例,年龄42～70(平均56.8)岁,血压在正常范围,无高血压病史。80例受检者均为窦性心律,心率55～90 bpm,心功能Ⅰ级,无器质性二尖瓣及主动脉瓣
According to the WHO diagnostic criteria in 1978, 50 patients with stage II hypertension were selected, including 29 males and 21 females, aged 45-68 (average 54.2 years). Through ECG, active plate, X-ray and echocardiography, excluding coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease and other structural heart disease.
