我厂两台B5032插床在工作中常出现变速离合器压盘钩头杠杆脱落故障,经分析,造成的原因如下(见图1所示) 变速离合器由两个结构相同,作用相反的离合器构成,并装在同一轴上,一个管接合,另一个管制动。插床在工作时,变速离合器常处于频繁的接合或制动状态。当离合器接合时,钩头杠杆摆动,使轴销受载不动(此时,制动离合器钩头轴销失载)。当离合器制动时,接合离合器卸载,轴销受力消失。
