为探讨无氧工作能力与身体素质相关性,随机选取体育系体育教育专业女大学生和普通系女大学生各40名进行30 s Wingate无氧测试,分析100 m、800 m、纵跳高度以及背力、握力等身体素质与无氧功率值的相关性。结果显示:800 m成绩、纵跳高度以及背力、握力与Wingate各项测试指标均不相关,100 m成绩与Wingate无氧功率值相关性最高,100 m成绩与无氧功率峰值(PK-AnP)呈正相关(|r|=0.48)。
In order to explore the relationship between anaerobic work ability and physical fitness, randomly selected 40 sports female college students and 40 female normal college students to conduct 30-day Wingate anaerobic test, analyzing 100 m, 800 m, vertical jump height and back force , Grip and other physical fitness and the relevance of anaerobic power values. The results showed that the 800 m score, the vertical jump height, the back force and the grip strength were not related to the Wingate test scores. The 100 m score was the highest correlation with the Wingate anaerobic power value and the 100 m score with the anaerobic power peak (PK-AnP ) (R | = 0.48).
