目的探讨E-钙粘蛋白（E-cadherin）和基质金属蛋白酶-7（MMP-7）的蛋白表达与大肠癌的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测E-cadherin和MMP-7蛋白在14例大肠腺瘤组织、102例大肠癌组织及相应癌旁正常黏膜的表达情况。结果相对于大肠癌旁的正常组织,E-cadherin在癌组织中表达降低（P〈0.001）,而MMP-7蛋白在癌组织中比正常组织表达明显增高（P〈0.001）;二者在癌组织中呈现负相关（r=-0.478,P〈0.001）。结论 E-cadherin的表达降低和MMP-7的表达
