提高满意度是衡量组织工作的根本标准。全国组织工作满意度民调显示,我省4项指标比上年都有较大提高;2010年我省“万人评组工”也显示,四项指标满意度分值比上年均有较大提高。这些说明,满意度抓与不抓大不一样。满意度如逆水行舟,不进则退;上去很难,下去容易。今年是关键之年,又面临集中换届,压力更大。组织部长抓工作,必须从满意度抓起,从民意调查反映的问题抓起。我们要深入分析组织工作满意度结果,增强紧迫感危机感;要咬定青山不放松,自我加压、一抓到底,确保组工满意度有新提高。
