西方国家职业教育的办学特色,以及办学经验大致可以概括为,突出自身特色,坚持以人为本,推行素质教育,就要及时调整办学思路,改进教学方法,以培养应用型、技术型人才为己任,以培养“零适应期”即毕业就能顶岗工作的人才为基点来开展一系列教学改革活动。对于起步较晚的我国高职教育来说非常有借鉴意义。
The characteristics of running a school and the experiences of running a school in western countries can be roughly summed up as follows.
