目的:优选木香的最佳切制工艺。方法:以木香烃内酯含量、去氢木香内酯含量、小鼠小肠炭末推进率为测定指标,以浸润加水量、浸润时间、切片厚度为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交设计表,综合加权评分法确定木香饮片最佳切制工艺。结果:最佳切制工艺为:净木香药材加入0.3倍量水,浸润10 h后切成1~2 mm薄片。结论:木香的最佳切制工艺合理可行,可为规范木香饮片质量标准提供参考。
Objective: The best choice of wood cutting technology. Methods: The determination of the content of wood hydrocarbon lactone, the content of dehydrocostus lactone and the advancement rate of small intestine carbon in mice were taken as the measuring indexes. The infiltration rate, infiltration time and slice thickness were taken as the investigation factors. The L9 (34) orthogonal Design tables, comprehensive weighted scoring method to determine the best cutting process of wood cut pieces. Results: The optimal cutting process was as follows: 0.3% water was added into the net woody medicinal materials and cut into 1 ~ 2 mm thin slices after infiltration for 10 hours. Conclusion: The best cutting process of woody incense is reasonable and feasible, which can provide reference for standardizing the quality standard of woody cutlet.
