承德是首批国家历史文化名城,民国和解放初期为原热河省省会。位于承德市的避暑山庄及其周围寺庙是中国十大风景名胜、旅游胜地四十佳、国家重点风景名胜区,1994年被联合国教科文组织批准为世界文化遗产。经过改革开放三十多年的发展,到2015年,承德市共接待国内外旅游者3349.6万人次,同比增长14%,实现旅游总收入336.64亿元人民币,同比增长27%。现在,承德市正凭借着“京津冀一体化”的东风,实施“走出去”的战略,打造国际化旅游名城,让世界更多的人认识承德,了解承德,到承德旅游参观、学习和观光,市委和市政府已经将国际化旅游名城列入《承德市“十三五”发展规划》。目前,全市人民积极行动起来,响应市委和市政府号召,从我做起,加快推进国际旅游名城的步伐,使承德尽早融入一流旅游城市。
Chengde is the first national historical and cultural city, the Republic of China and the liberation of the former Rehe provincial capital. Chengde City, the Summer Resort and its surrounding temples is China’s top ten scenic spots, 40 tourist attractions, national key scenic spots, in 1994 by the UNESCO as a world cultural heritage. After 30 years of reform and opening up, by 2015, Chengde City has received 33,496,000 tourists from home and abroad, an increase of 14% over the same period of last year, bringing the total revenue of tourism to 33.664 billion yuan, up 27% over the same period of last year. At present, Chengde City is relying on the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration” east wind and implementing the strategy of “going global” to build an international tourist city and let more people in the world know about Chengde, Chengde and Chengde Visiting, studying and sightseeing, the municipal party committee and municipal government have included the famous international tourist city in “Chengde City” “Thirteen Five ” development plan. At present, the people in the city took active action and, in response to the call of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, started from what I started to speed up the pace of the international tourist city and made Chengde integrate into the first-class tourist city as soon as possible.
