本文以不同剂量的山楂黄酮M-199培养液培养牛内皮细胞,分别测定其细胞内、外液中羟脯胺酸和糖胺多糖的含量。结果表明:随着山楂黄酮甙剂量的增加,细胞内液和细胞外液中的羟脯氨酸含量均下降,与对照组比较,差异有非常显著意义(p<0.01);中剂量组的山楂黄酮甙促进糖胺多糖的代谢,而小剂量和大剂量组则抑制糖胺多糖的代谢,与对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(p<0.01)。作者认为通过本试验,说明山楂黄酮甙在预防血栓形成和动脉粥样硬化的功能上有其药理学基础。
In this study, bovine endothelial cells were cultured with different doses of hawthorn flavonoids M-199, and the contents of hydroxyproline and glycosaminoglycan in the intracellular and extracellular fluids were determined. The results showed that the content of hydroxyproline in the intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid decreased with the increase of the dose of Flavone glycosides, and there was a significant difference compared with the control group (p<0.01); Flavone glycosides promote the metabolism of glycosaminoglycans, while the low- and high-dose groups inhibited the metabolism of glycosaminoglycans. Compared with the control group, the differences were significant (p<0.01). The authors believe that this experiment shows that hawthorn flavonoids have their pharmacological basis in preventing thrombosis and atherosclerosis.
