由于在量子信息技术特别是量子密钥分配系统中的应用,以InGaAs/InP雪崩二极管为基础的红外单光子探测技术,近年来成为研究的热点之一。主要介绍了单光子探测用InGaAs/InPAPD的选择和实现红外单光子探测器的关键技术:半导体制冷精密温控技术和APD的驱动控制技术,重点介绍了门控电路。
Due to the application in quantum information technology, especially quantum key distribution system, the infrared single photon detection technology based on InGaAs / InP avalanche diodes has become one of the hot topics in recent years. The selection of InGaAs / InPAPD for single-photon detection and the key technologies of infrared single-photon detector are introduced in this paper: precision temperature control technology for semiconductor refrigeration and drive control technology for APD, and the gating circuit is mainly introduced.
