随着社会经济的发展,对居住和使用的建筑物要求不断提高,尤其东北地区对外维护结构施工质量的要求更加严格,其中对外墙的保温要求、防水要求;外门窗的安装;外墙装饰面层以及屋面的防水保温要求,是当前急需解决的任务。下面对外维护结构如何保证施工质量及通病的防治进行间要阐述。
