目的:调查军队离退休干部阿尔茨海默病(AD)早期患者营养不足、营养风险的发生情况。方法:采用营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002),对123例军队离退休干部AD早期患者(患者组)营养不足进行评定,并与248例性别、年龄匹配的健康军队离退休干部(对照组)进行对照;同时采用NRS 2002对AD患者营养风险进行评定。结果:1患者组体重指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.170,P<0.05);2患者组营养不足发生率为25.2%(31/123),显著高于对照组的4.4%(11/248),差异有统计学意义(χ2=35.324,P<0.001);3患者组有65例存在营养风险,营养风险发生率为52.9%(65/123)。结论:即使疾病早期,AD患者中营养不足、营养风险也较为普遍。
Objective: To investigate the malnutrition and nutritional risk of early retired cadres with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Methods: Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) was used to assess the undernourishment of 123 early retired cadres (AD patients) in retired army cadres and 248 healthy and retired cadres of the same age and sex (control group) Control; at the same time using NRS 2002 to assess the nutritional risk of AD patients. Results: The body mass index of 1 patient group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t = 2.170, P <0.05). The incidence of undernutrition in 2 patients was 25.2% (31/123), which was significantly higher than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 35.324, P <0.001). There were 65 nutritional risks and 52.9% (65/123) nutritional risk in 3 patients. Conclusion: Even in the early stages of disease, AD patients are undernourished and nutritional risks are more common.
